Our Commitment We want you to love your Lymflow tools. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Due to the personal nature of wellness tools, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
• Include your order number and photos of the issue — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at hello@lymflow.co with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
