The Lymflow Face Ritual
Always perform in order: Tap → Circle → Brush, both sides, once daily.
1. Activation Zone (tap 10x): Above collarbones, sides of neck, front of ears.
2. Pathway Opening (circle 10x): Above collarbones, sides of neck, front of ears.
3. The Brushing Paths:
- Neck → Jaw (upward)
- Chin → Neck (downward)
- Mouth → Nose (inward)
- Cheek → Toward ears
- Under-eyes → Outward
- Forehead → Upward
